Seaspray is a small village located on the magnificent 90 Mile Beach (the world’s longest beach) about 2.5 hours drive from Melbourne.

Seaspray is predominantly a holiday resort for seasonal and casual visitors; however, it is increasingly attracting permanent residents owing to its unique seaside location and its proximity to the nearby commercial centre of Sale (35 Km away). The township comprises 250 houses, of which about 100 are permanently occupied.

Seaspray is highly regarded for its leisurely beachside lifestyle offering at the same time excellent surf swimming, beach walking and fishing opportunities.
 

“The Honeysuckles”, a small community about 2 Km from Seaspray, is arguably the most tranquil and unique environment on the 90 Mile Beach. It is regarded by many as the quintessential “seachange” community.

"The Honeysuckles" comprises a mix of holiday houses and permanent residents, with increasing numbers of retirees choosing this as their ideal escape from the trials and tribulations of city life.
